Rotation Dashboard

The Rotation page is a dashboard for tracking credential rotation hygiene.

Rotation scheduling is based on two fields on each credential:

  • Rotation Interval (days)
  • Last Rotation

Status buckets​

The dashboard groups credentials into:

  • Overdue Rotations

    • Rotation interval is set and either:
    • Last rotation is missing, or
    • The next rotation date is in the past

  • Due Soon (Next 30 Days)

    • Rotation interval is set and the next rotation date is within 30 days

  • On Schedule

    • Rotation interval is set and the next rotation date is more than 30 days away

  • No Rotation Schedule

    • Rotation interval is blank

Mark rotated​

For overdue or due-soon credentials, click Mark Rotated.

This updates the credential's Last Rotation timestamp and writes a RotationCompleted audit event.
